JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Responsible for products Storage, receipts, and despatchers by adhering GMP standards and by maintaining all related documents as per statutory & company norms. Also responsible for planning and adherence of SKU wise stock availability for dispatches to market.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for F E F O is maintained while dispatching the product
- Responsible for the physical verification of Empties and fills and reconciliation of the same, with book stocks.
- Responsible for reconciling between physical loading/unloading and documents raised are accurate, by SKU.
- Responsible for timely unloading of sourcing stocks for SKU wise stock availability to market and timely loading of Inter unit despatchers as per plan.
- Responsible for proper documentation of all transactions, as per the requirement, decided from time to time.
- To ensure that no unsorted empties received from market and Palletization to be improved
- Responsible for all daily/weekly/monthly reports are sent in time, as per the timelines fixed.
- Responsible for proper verification and obtaining necessary approvals, of any distributor claims received against leakages and breakages.
- Responsible for ensuring sku wise stacking of both fill and empties.
- Responsible for optimum utilization of contract workers, vehicles, and its’ efficiencies.
- Responsible for ensuring finished product is received and stored as per the company standards.
- Responsible for the physical verification of Empties and fills and reconciliation of the same, with book stocks.
- To ensure finished product is received and stored as per the company standards.
- To co-ordinate with transport contractor’s/labor contractor for vehicle/manpower requirement, based on the approved dispatch plan received from time to time.
- To ensure proper documentation of all transactions, as per the requirement, decided from time to time.
- To ensure planning and execution of operations, to meet Goals & Objectives set from time to time.
- To ensure timely planning of sourcing of FG and dispatches to Distributors by coordinating with planning & RTM team
Job Requirement
Any Graduation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
