A technology client is looking for an analytical and effective B2B Sales Development Specialist who is adept at seeking new business opportunities and building long- term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create new opportunities for sales and generate leads by nurturing warm prospects and networking with potential customers.

• Manage the pipeline of prospective customers and engage the sales team for the next steps.

• Reach out to prospects and leads daily via phone, email, Linkedin, and other channels.

• Set and meet activity targets- outbound calls and conversions.

• Maintain industry networks and relationships to stay informed of competitor activities.

• Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation process.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• An understanding of outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales role.

• An understanding of international markets would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to solve problems creatively.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate effectively with C-Suite executives.

• A positive and energetic phone presence, combined with excellent oral and written communication skills is a must.
