Full Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Managing Director of the Company.The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.Job ResponsibilitiesManage, coordinate and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordinationActing as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partnersManage correspondence flow in a timely and accurate mannerManage the MD’s calendar and set up meetingsFormat information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reportsHelp prepare for meetings and accurately record the minutes from meetings.Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceOrganize and maintain the office filing systemMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all maters pertaining to the Company and all the senior executives.Skills and Qualifications4 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role reporting directly to upper managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at onceProficiency in Microsoft Office, Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc) with an aptitude to learn new software and systemsFamiliar with international travel arrangementsFlexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challengeAbility to maintain company confidencesCompany InformationIt is a leading developer of hotels in the Indian hospitality sector.
