We’re looking for an energetic and well-spoken

Academic Counselor

to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in guiding students and professionals toward the right learning path, manage inquiries, nurturing leads into enrollments, supporting learners throughout their journey with us, and help build our brand presence. In addition to counseling responsibilities, this role includes managing our

social media profiles

, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with our audience across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Communication:

Reach out to prospective learners via phone, email, and WhatsApp who have shown interest in our programs (via website, social media, referrals, events, etc.).

Lead Nurturing & Conversion:

Understand learners’ goals, explain program benefits, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Walk-in Counselling:

Attend to students or visitors coming to the center, provide detailed guidance on course offerings, schedules, and career paths.

CRM & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or internal systems.

Email Communication:

Draft professional emails for sharing program information, follow-ups, and reminders.

Tech Awareness:

Stay familiar with common technical terms, tools, and trends in software development, DevOps, and cloud. No need to code, but understanding what “Full Stack”, “Docker” or “React”, etc. means is a plus.

Social Media & Communication:

Post regular updates on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook about workshops, programs, success stories, and upcoming event.

Monitor messages, comments, and DMs to respond to queries promptly

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident, and proactive attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand learner needs
Prior experience in counseling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Professional email etiquette and soft skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (background in education, marketing, or IT is a bonus)
Tech-savvy or at least curious about the world of software training
