Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer with strong software engineering skills and hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies. As an Advanced Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, data pipelines, and integrating machine learning models into production environments. You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications and services.
Build and optimize data processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Collaborate with AIML teams to integrate models into production systems.
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment and scalability.
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Stay updated with the latest Python and AIML trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
5-9 years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures.
Experience with Python libraries such as NumPy, pandas, requests, and asyncio.
Exposure to machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML, Parquet) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with ML model deployment and inference pipelines.
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLFlow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or time-series analysis.
Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
