Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to mentoring aspiring cybersecurity professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs, including foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Conduct live workshops, webinars, and classroom sessions (online or offline).
• Develop engaging training materials, such as presentations, hands-on labs, and course modules.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into training programs.
• Prepare learners for industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, etc.).
• Evaluate and assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and practical projects.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students pursuing cybersecurity roles.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and enhance training content.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including but not limited to:
• Network security
• Threat analysis and management
• Ethical hacking and penetration testing
• Incident response and risk management
• Cloud security and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, vulnerability scanners).
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a professional or academic setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cybersecurity roles, such as Security Analyst, Ethical Hacker, or Incident Responder, 1 to 3years
• Familiarity with instructional design tools and e-learning platforms.
• Experience in delivering training to diverse groups, including beginners and advanced learners.
