What You Will Do

• Design and implement multi-layer high-speed PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tool (Cadence Allegro.).
• Collaborate with electrical, signal integrity, and mechanical engineers to ensure the PCB layout meets all functional and performance specifications.
• Ensure compliance with high-speed design guidelines for signal integrity, impedance control, crosstalk, and EMI/EMC.
• Perform layout optimization to meet mechanical and thermal constraints, including via placement, trace routing, and component placement.
• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews and ensure layouts are optimized for production and cost-efficiency.
• Generate detailed design documentation, including Gerber files, manufacturing drawings, and assembly notes.
• Participate in design reviews, providing insights on potential improvements in layout and design processes.
• Ensure all PCB designs adhere to industry standards (IPC, ISO) and internal design guidelines.
• Perform and document post-layout analysis for impedance, signal integrity, and thermal management.
• Stay updated with the latest high-speed PCB design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in PCB layout design, with a focus on high-speed designs with DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, and other high-speed interfaces
