We are currently seeking Engineer/Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer -Mechanical join our team based in Ahmedabad, India.
About the Job

• Subject matter expert in Rotating equipment especially gas compression.

Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering, designing, supporting procurement, reviewing engineering documents and following up with vendors, support commissioning and maintenance of rotating equipment for green hydrogen/ammonia Production Facilities.
• Keep abreast of Industry Codes and Guidelines related to rotating equipment.
• Meet project expectations in a timely manner within the budget limits. Co-ordination with intra / inter disciplinary team and provide the required deliverables as and when requested.
• Guide team to create datasheets, technical specification, technical requisitions, technical bid evaluations for rotating equipment’s (especially Hydrogen/NH3/CO2 Gas Compressors)
• Should lead feasibility studies on different hydrogen gas compression methodologies and down selecting the best-case option considering performance, reliability, and cost as key drivers.
• Should have hands on experience in hydrogen gas compression. Should be able to perform troubleshooting and major repair of gas compressors.
• Follow up on technical scope of work of vendors & support process engineers in selecting type of rotating equipment. Perform calculations on its power requirements.
• Advise and assist project and discipline engineers with the interpretation and clarification of applicable industry Codes and Client Specification requirements.

About You
We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• BE Mechanical with minimum 5+ years Industrial experience preferably with Application engineering with reputed OEMs in Gas compression.
• Should be familiar with latest and advance capacity control mythologies for different rotating equipment’s.
• Prior work experience in Hydrogen Production Facility is preferred.
• Experience in providing engineering Site support for Pre-commissioning, Commissioning activities in large oil and gas projects.
• In depth knowledge of industry international codes and standards such as ASME, API, NFPA, NACE, PIP, ANSI, ISO
