Qualification – B.COM / M.COM
Experience for Jr. Accountant – Min. 2+ yrs. in manufacturing industry (must knowledge of TALLEY)
Salary – Upto 20 k
Location – Jaipur
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintaining Financial Records: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and systematically.
Preparing Financial Statements: Create balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to summarize the companys financial status.
Ledger Management: Maintain general ledgers and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with financial regulations and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring all tax obligations are met and identifying potential tax savings.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits to assess financial practices and suggest improvements. Work with external auditors during external audits.
Financial Advice: Provide insights and recommendations on financial matters, including investments, risk management, and cost reduction.
Business Strategy: Contribute to business planning and strategy development with financial insights.
Mergers and Acquisitions: Assist in financial due diligence, valuation, and integration during mergers and acquisitions.
