The Search Language Specialist team ensures our software is localized for global markets. We use language expertise to adapt search features, UI elements, and content for different languages and regions.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software internationalization, localization processes. Additionally, experience working with native language expertise in the localization of search functionalities will be highly valuable.Qualifications:Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Linguistics, or equivalent.Experience: 3-4yrsKey Responsibilities:Globalize/Localize/Test features using native language expertiseCollaboration with internal teams to address technical / operational challenges.Problem-Solving / Troubleshooting Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Learning Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Continuous evaluation and improvements of processes to enhance the partner experience and drive business growth.Language Proficiency:Native/Read-Write-Spoken proficiency in Hindi languages is essential:Technical Requirements:Must-Have Skills:Strong understanding of software internationalization, localization processes, and cross-site communication challenges Knowledge of localization of search features and how cultural nuances impact search results.Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data manipulation, analysis).Ability to create data visualizations and dashboards to monitor localization progress and efficiency.Ability to handle dynamic changes and evolving priorities in an agile environment.Good-to-Have Skills:Understanding of Basic NLP Text Preprocessing: Tokenization, stopword etc.Part-of-Speech Tagging: Assigning parts of speech to words in a sentence (e.g., noun, verb).Basic understanding of metrics like precision, recall and accuracyBasic Analytics skills Location : India (Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai any one)Shift: 4pm to 1am3 must havesLocalization testing 4/5Hindi language 4/5Communication 3/5
