Job Description

Position: Instructional Designer- AD Education: Any Graduate Experience: 12+ Years of experience Key responsibilities

• Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements
• Takes consultative approach to offer solutions
• Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
• Designs solutions that are engaging and effective
• Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
• Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning
• Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy and other adult learning principles
• Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
• Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team
• Knowledge on course development life cycle
• Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable

• The role requires someone who can manage a number of concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
