JOB DISCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities:
Mandatory Skills: Product Development, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile Methodologies, Feature Prioritization, Sprint Planning,SQL
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from reputed university.
Experience: 3-4+ years experience in IT industry, preferably in the financial services sector with at least 2 years of experience in managing projects.
Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Vendor management skills

• Stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Knowledge of applications, IT systems and business processes

Key Accountabilities

• Undertake IT projects for execution, create the charters, project plans, business case/ROI, formulate teams and build consensus.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, cross functional teams, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements.

• Implementing document control, policies, and governance templates.

• Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.

• Evaluate standards and benchmarks to ensure the latest and up to date solutions and business processes are being implemented.

• Monitor and manage schedule, cost, quality, changes, and allocated budget.

• Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

• Introduce and practice security by design concepts into all projects.

• Work with the Information security team and ensure adherence to security guidelines and risks are mitigated.

• Compile reports, manage and report risks and problems.

• Ensure successful closure of projects, assist in measurement of benefits and transition of projects to applications support teams.

• Follow standards, best practices and methods for effective and efficient projects management and delivery.

• Plan, prepare and manage the projects budget.

• Assist the project management office in overseeing and executing multiple projects.

• Assist in formulation of Digital Strategy and multiyear execution roadmap.

• Take on other responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge on Digital/ India Tech stack: Working knowledge of APIs, Databases, Integration BUS
Preparation and Execution of Test Scenarios & Test Cases
Project management methodologies: Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Kanban (and when to use them)
Project budget management: Tracking against the project budget and the ability to forecast usage and planning
Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on progress: Ability to present status and delays to stakeholders or clients in a clear manner. Identification of Critical Path.
Project Management Triangle model execution: Cost constraint, Scope constraint, Schedule constraint and overall maintain Quality
