About This Role
Circles.Life is looking for a Staff Engineer – iOS who possesses superior iOS development and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a customer-centric mindset to give attention to details and take full ownership of products. You will get a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and interact directly with senior leadership.
As a critical member of our team, your responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing and extending new and existing product features and platforms.
• Collaborating with product, designer, and backend development teams.
• Challenging the status quo to define future visions.Leading a team of mobile developers in delivering high-quality App builds through code reviews and mentoring.
• Helping enhance the reusable mobile development framework and its components to speed up feature releases.
• Collaborating across teams on a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) process for app delivery
• Taking end to end ownership of feature delivery and releases
• Planning for engineering backlogs, code cleanup, maintenance to keep updated with latest technology

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or information systems.
• Knowledge of CS fundamental, object-oriented, and functional reactive programming
• Deep technical knowledge of Swift, ObjC, RxSwift, Cocoa Touch framework, CI/CD, and Unit testing.
• Expected 10 years experience in iOS app development, with at least two years of leading experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, Marketing, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Backend Development (Go, Node, Java)
• Experience in Android Development (Kotlin)
• Experience in Hybrid Frameworks (Google Flitter, IONIC)
