The opportunity We’re looking for Senior Manager with expertise on enterprise architecture to join our consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of new service offerings.
Your key responsibilities

• Identify, conceptualize and derive building of relevant solution artefacts and estimators using standardized approach
• Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client/member firm relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership and helping develop client opportunities
• Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client/EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
• Delivering synergetic and efficient proposal by working with multiple teams, acting as single point of GDS contact for sales and coordination with other global teams
• Responsible for successful delivery of end of end solution, encompassing multiple competencies if required.
• Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

• Gather Business requirements/ lead design discussions with customer & business teams
• Work on Proposal and RFP’s
• Develop high level solution design based on business requirements
• Prepare and Review project documentations like Delivery Model, Pricing Model, Resourcing Plan, Effort estimation etc
• Drive specialization in EY focus areas

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Prior Experience of bid and delivery solutioning as well as core delivery, must in the relevant technology area
• Expertise in any enterprise applications tool like Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, IBM products, Middleware technologies (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Web Methods, SOA), Blue Yonder etc.
• Business process knowledge in Finance (P2P, R2R), SCM(P2P,O2C) and HCM
• Worked on implementation RFP’s as a solution architect responsible for designing solutions end to end
• Prior BD experience (at least 2 Year, overall, above 16 years) with exposure to Oracle/Enterprise Applications Delivery. A strong understanding of Oracle applications and integration with other applications/systems in an IT landscape
• Strong verbal and written communication with out of box thinking abilities.
• Ability to understand Methodologies (Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM) and other industry business fundamentals and ability to showcase a quick learning curve.
• Should have worked with onsite teams in business development or delivery.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred.
• Engaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements from various parts of an organization to drive the design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platform.
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines
• Good understanding of outsourcing and off shoring, building win/win strategies and contracts with suppliers

• Willingness to travel 50% or more
• MBA and/or professional certification (e.g. ITIL, SCM etc.) preferred.
