The candidate is expected to drive POS business through Branches, Cluster and Regional team.

Delivering product innovation & project management/ implementation in close coordination and liaising with other Businesses.

The candidate is expected to Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, and others in developing solutions to streamline POS sales process.

Work cohesively with the vertical heads to establish sales forecasts and manages to capture current database of employees and tap them for building the base for the POS Business.

Understand the customer and their needs, and effectively work with product management team to offer insight and intelligence with respect to customer demands and drive the POS Business accordingly.

Ensure proper product and process training to branches.
