Bring your passion, bring your energy, and be part of a global team that appreciates a simple truth: Diversity + Collaboration = Great Innovation Lead the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines and/or facilities. Develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing costs and profitability. Your responsibilities

• Ensures that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are implemented and understood to ensure safety of people and resources.
• Defines maintenance policies and processes that drive maximum efficiency of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Develops and implements life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment.
• Develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it’s execution. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Upkeep of plant facility and utilities and reduce downtime due to disruptions in the same. Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary.
• Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
• Ensure timely execution of Capital Expenditure / Improvement projects.
• Leading the Lean Light House deployment with factory operations team.
• Well aware about productivity improvement tools.
• Identification of Capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per requirement of volumes.

Your background

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering with 7 to 10 years’ experience in Maintenance and Industrial Engineering. (Preferred Experience in High Voltage switch gear industry).
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience in leading major capital expenditures and improvement projects.
• Serve as a change agent within the business where you continually challenge conventional thinking and work to improve our quality culture
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Analytical aptitude and thinking, strong data collection, and analytical skills for a complex project.
• Self-motivated and self-organized. Open-mindedness and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skill, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative manner with various functions across the organization
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
