And thats where you come in.About the Position:Associate Signalling function designer to Deliver the production of assigned part of functional design of a Signalling project in accordance with industry and company standardsKey Accountabilities:Ensure the production of the assigned portion of functional design documentationGuarantee adequate reference is made to industry standards in the deliverables (e.g. CENELEC, AREMA, IEEE, IPC, etc.)Contribute to the gap analyses between customer requirements and company productsContributing to functional design documentation including systemRequirements and architecture, interface control, scheme plans, control tables, block design, and analyses as appropriate.Contribute to management of requirements relative to the functional designContribute to the errors detectionAchievement of the delivery of design work packages on time according with schedule and planned budgetNumber of errors raised by Validation and Site tests for system and basic design measured against comparable projects.Key Knowledge & Skills required:IXL:

• Shall have good exposure to EI functionalities and the various applications in Indian Railways environmental conditions.
• Shall have excellent working experience in complete Project life cycle, stating from Design & Development to OS&M activities of handling IXL solutions in Indian Environments.
• Shall have good knowledge to compare the merits and demerits of various IXL and associated applications in India.

Key Experience Preferred:0-3 years of experience in Signalling design and deliveryKey qualifications preferred:-Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology Qualifications/ University Degree or Equivalent Technical BackgroundHitachi Rail is an equal opportunity employer.
