Job Description:
Shift Engineer (Machine Shop)- Working as Shift In-charge in Production Machining Division. He was handling shift related all activity like- production control, Rejection control and analysis, Troubleshooting, SAP work, manpower handling, Documentation work etc

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi Controls, CNC/VMC/Grinding programming, selecting tools & troubleshooting

Experience in Manufacturing of Precision Engg. Components & Knowledge of Drawing Study.

Setup of new part

Knowledge of component layout

Manpower Deployment planning & Handling.

Knowledge of Quality Instruments

Resolve day to day quality issue, Daily analysis of rejection

Why-Why Analysis, SPC,7QC tool knowledge

OEE monitoring, Maintaining 5s, Kaizen, Poke yoke, TPM

Documents knowledge of IATF 16949: 2016

SAP production (Punch Scrap work)

Required Qualification: B-TECH / Diploma

Work Experience: B-Tech 3-5 Years, Diploma 5-7 Years

Preferred Industrial Experience: Automobile /Heavy Machinery – Machine Shop Process Background
