Job Purpose:
Manage the purchasing process and give support to all intervenient

Execute procurement activities based on location requirements
Responsibilities:1. Execution:
Validate Purchase Requests in the purchasing tool.

Manage Purchase Orders (SAP).

Vendor Master Data update and management.

Material/PIR Modification and Creation
2. Knowledge Building, Experience Sharing:
Give all necessary support to the purchasing tool usage. Support users, perform user admin., supplier support, follow-up on Suppliers to log into the tool and update information.
3. Optimization:
Perform Spot-buy when needed
Professional & Personal Skills:
Procurement & purchasing process / tools knowledge.

Good MS Office knowledge

Qualification & Experience:Relevant Experience of 8-10 years including:
SAP / Equivalent ERP administration of materials module (MM module) and supplier relationship management (SRM)
