Position : – ASST MANAGER – QUALITY

Education / Qualification: – BE –Mechanical/Automobile

Experience : – should have 8- 10 years of Experience.

Annual C TC range : – 7.00 to 7.50 LPA.

Location : – Ranjangaon ,Pune

Joining Required – Within 15 Days

Duties and responsibilities.

To performance in terms of internal quality PPM & resolution related the issue.

Ø Handling the customer complaints & reduction the customer PPM.

Ø Monitor the supplier PPM & improved their performance in terms of PPM reduction.

Ø Conducted supplier audit as per plan their performance in terms of improvement.

Ø Good Know age IATF 16949:2016

Ø Product & process audit as preplan.

Ø Preparing layout inspection as preplan.

Ø Maintain SPC &MS A matrix.

Ø Conversant QC story, 8D report & SCAP report.

Ø external ISO/ TS, OSHSAS, MSES, MMA System Audit.

Ø Completed calibrations & third party laboratory testing form NABL as preplan.

Ø Implement of 5S, kaizen & POKAYOKE activities.

Ø Trouble shooting analysis & solving problem in 7step QC story approach.
