Hittok Pvt Ltd is a leading IT solutions provider, dedicated to delivering innovative technology services and solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team in Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media platforms.
• Plan and execute all social media advertising campaigns, focusing on Meta Ads ( Facebook and Instagram advertising) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all social media marketing campaigns , and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging social media content and optimize user engagement .
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple social media channels and customer touchpoints.
• Evaluate emerging social media technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing within the IT industry .
• Proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , and WebTrends.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and measurement.
