Requirements*Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or any program.Minimum 2 to 4 years of prior experience as a HR payroll executiveShould be smart worker, goal getter, quick learner.Proven working experience as Payroll ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenKnowledge of HR systems and databasesResponsibilities*Managing & administration of the company Payroll services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administrationManage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax ReturnsEnsuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and coordinate with finance and third party for statutory compliance.Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision makingVerification & Reconciliation of monthly payrollCoordinate for calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries with third party vendor and financePreparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returnsResponsible of publishing monthly Payroll DashboardEnsure Monthly payroll provisions to FinanceJob Type: Full-time
