Role amp; responsibilities

• Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate amp; timely manner.
• Sound understanding of salary structures, variable pay amp; performance incentives and its calculations.
• Should have worked on HRMS tools for payroll -experience in greythr will be an added advantage
• Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
• Prepare attendance reports and present them to Seniors as required.
• Work with HRBP /Business Units and call our any discrepancies on leave balances.
• Knowledge about full amp; final settlement.
• Good knowledge of payroll functions, including payroll processing, deductions, taxes and compliance
• Should have prior experience with payroll (3-5 year)
• Responding to employee questions about compensation, deductions etc.
• Good knowledge of employment statutory requirements

Experience

• Good in communication both verbal and written.
• Ability to comprehensively communicate with upper management for status updates, approvals and summary
• Graduate in any discipline- B.com and finance preferred.
• Understanding of salary structures and staying updated with government policies and compliances.
• Knowledge of TDS, PF, PT, LWF amp; any other compliance.
• Advance Excel Knowledge is a mandatory.
• Strong in Analytical and Reasoning Skills and needs to have flair for numbers.
• Necessary problem solving skills, clear communication, promptness to resolve payroll related queries and grievances.
• Good discipline to maintain records methodically

Working Days-Monday to Friday.
