As Sales Advisor at H&M Home you have an important role to meet and inspire our customer in our Concept Stores everyday. As Sales Advisor your responsibilities are
Customers
On Trend- you provide on trend advise through your strong interior interest and product knowledge.
Inspiring- from your passion and knowledge for interior you are the expert to advise our customers and find their needs to create a modern and inspiring home.
Personal- you identify customers needs and make them feel welcome through your warm and welcome approach, always available to serve them.
Credible- being straightforward and open minded and to have an honest approach to the customer.
One H&M Home- keep it simple, you secure a seamless customer experience through excellent service in your concept store, as well as promoting Shop in Shops & Online.
Colleagues
Been straightforward and open minded you support your team and are considerate of colleagues. You act in a warm and honest way and are open to give and receive feedback.
You share knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working atmosphere.
You work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislations with health and safety and security routines, to guarantee your own, your colleagues’ and customers’ safety at all times.
Using entrepreneurial spirit, you are responsible for the constant search for opportunities to increase the sales.
You have the knowledge of the product handling and sales activities. By keeping it simple you learn and implement new information in a timely manner
You work accordingly to the daily and weekly plan to secure sales goals, commercial focuses and customer service.
Being cost-conscious you ensure great product care to able to sell the products in their best conditions.
Ensure all areas of the sales floor and back of the house are always clean and tidy.
Ensure product availability through efficient product flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
Ensure all routines are followed at the cash & service desks to maximize sales and customer expectation
Your job requires handling of bulky and heavy products
Your job involves handling and working with flowers and plants
