Job Description

Some key responsibilities of this role:

• Responsible for the day-to-day transport operations with focus on the transport coordination between H&M and contracted carriers – retail and online
• Support the business through smooth running delivery operations
• Carrier relations with structured follow up meetings together with the carrier’s operational departments and teams to secure the short- and long term KPIs
• Develop and implement initiatives to deliver conscious approaches, efficiency, reduced costs, and excellent levels of service. Analyze reasons for deviations between actual results and SLA to initiate actions.
• Coordinate with store colleagues for active feedback of on time delivery performances
• Execute Sustainability transport targets based on regional sustainability Strategy and targets
• Extracting meaningful insights from data into actionable points to improve transport performance
• Effective collaboration with Transport operations manager, inbound, outbound managers, area controllers, store colleagues, 3PL partners and carriers
• Monitoring and acting on DC SLA, Transport costs, NPS transport, Transport ops service level(for H&M internal customers)

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, can derive meaningful insights from data into actionable points
• Good communication & coordination skills

• Monitoring KPIs: Transport SLA, Transport Costs, Operational service level(for H&M internal customers)
• Compliance to Stand. Process/Procedures

Additional Information

Minimum experience of 3 years managing transportation.
