You will be identifying potential centres, studios and venues to work with, pitching them the value of joining HobbyCaddy, building supply density in key areas and filling your prospect pipeline in creative and fun ways!Key Responsibilities: Research, prospect and sell new centre, studio, gym and wellness partners on to the platform in selected areas to help expand the HobbyCaddy geographic footprintUtilise online and offline resources and tools to develop and maintain your pipeline in onboarding potential partnersDrive the full onboarding cycle through making/sending introductory calls and emails and closing the dealDevelop creative, lucrative and innovative ways in which you connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share across the teamActively hit daily KPIs and consistently achieve & exceed monthly sales targetsResponsible for monitoring and identifying pockets of opportunity on onboarding partners across your book of business with a heavy focus on optimum price-negotiationQuarterly Business Reviews and develop in-depth performance reports to share with centre/studio partnersContribute towards team-wide projectsSkills & Experience: A fantastic communicator; not afraid to speak to anyoneHighly organised individual with the ability to prioritise and attention to detailA strong negotiator who is driven by resultsResilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedbackDedication to consistent self-improvementA positive drive to win with friendly competitionTechnical experience in computer programmes such as CRM systems (Sales-Force), Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc(preferred)Who can apply: Must be in 2nd or 3rd year of UG or PG or any graduateApplicants with English and Hindi proficiencyMust be willing to Work From HomeLaptop/desktop and a Smartphone is mustWilling to work for 2-3 monthsInternship tenure: 2-3 monthsStipend and benefits: Stipend for part-time: Rs. 7000Stipend for full-time: Rs. 13000up to 8K incentives/month based on the performanceInternship certificateBenefits: 1.
