Hoerbiger Hiring for Team Lead- Software at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Software Developer and having additional experience of mentoring junior team members.

Prior experience in a technical leadership position preferred.

Proficiency with WinForms, WPF, UWP apps development with server side technologies such as WCF services, Web API and database such as SQL Server.

Experience in Microsoft tools such as Visual Studio/VS Code, Technology stack such as C#,.NET, .NET framework, .NET core.

Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software

Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.

Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile, web- and desktop-based business applications.

Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.

Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.

Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.

Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

Provide third-level support to business users

Technical Requirements

Should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent graduation

Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories

Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
