Key Responsibilities
Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

Loading of functional cost to site cost centers

Alignment of plant volumes (labor hours, machine hours, kgs) to SIOP (Sales inventory Operation Planning)
Creation and execution of standard cost
Inventory revaluation review
Transfer price analysis and reporting

Prorates and Transfers-Allocations (Internal Settled Cost, Plant Engineering, Labor and Overhead)

HFM Statistical account planning and loading

Weekly SRO (Short Range outlook) of conversion cost, manufacturing variances, and OMC’s (Other Manufacturing Cost)
Quarterly updates to rates, overhead rates, for actual cost sites

Weekly analysis of labor plan and labor efficiency (hours, OT, DLE, utilization)

Weekly ERP analysis of manufacturing variance
Monthly variance analysis for entire ISC P&L

Monthly vendor spend analysis

Monthly P&L analysis of all manufacturing variances

Monthly cost reviews with departmental owners

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Knowledge of Financial concepts and reporting tools/systems
Required Experiences:
4 – 6 years of overall finance experience
