Honeywell Looking For Export Compliance Officer I at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

Support the development and management of export controls to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. You will support business processes for submitting and obtaining all necessary export licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinations. You will establish relations with appropriate government regulatory agencies and support operational processes for assuring trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for export-controlled determination of various IT requests from requestors from different countries.
Activity will require expertise to understand trade regulations and applying legal regulations and interpretations.
Continuous focus on process improvements and attending to various customer requests about export compliance activities.
Responsible for reviewing and approve the access to Honeywell sites from export compliance perspective
Should have the ability to independently close all customer requests successfully with minimum supervision
Communicate via phone / E-mail with Export Compliance officer in US and other countries to resolve the export queries.
Knowledge on Export Administration Regulations (EAR) International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree in any stream.
2-3 Years of work experience in any US MNC with SAP / ERP or any other Web Enabled Tools.
Exposure to US culture and experience in US customs, export control / import controls
Work timings – 1 PM to 10 PM.
- Experience in US export control regulations will be an added advantage
- Some experience in basic export compliance
- Experience in drafting reports, presentations
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, well-organized, highly motivated
- Ability to identify and resolve potential problems in a timely manner
- Knowledge of the MS Office products
