Job Description – Property Consultant
– Candidate should have good experience of dealing with multiple broker organizations for hunting commercial properties viable for nursing homes in hospitals especially in the areas of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Gujarat and Pune.
– Candidate should have previous experience of working with Real Estate Broking organizations.
– The candidate should be ready to travel across Mumbai and out of Mumbai
for site visits and also explain about the property to the clients.
– Should have good command over local languages and negotiation power to take this further to the next level.
