Job Description of Senior Customer Service Executive:
A customer care executive is a professional responsible for communicating the queries,procedures and regarding service expectations within a company. These professionals perform a number of duties, including answering phones, responding to customer questions and assisting with customer issues. They are often responsible for front-facing duties that directly impact the customer’s experience of an organisation. They may also lead a team of customer service associates and educate them on how to tackle customer queries.
Job Responsibilities of Senior CSE:
1)A customer care executive tends to act as a link person between a company and its
customers and resolves any such queries generated by its customers or clients with
efficiency.
2)The only aim is to ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
3)Should be confident in troubleshooting any such emerging queries and maintaining
high standards.
4)Develops a strong relationship with their customers and generates trust with an
open and interactive communication.
5)Acquire and validate information and providing it to the customers with full
efficiency.
6)Document or maintain records of each and every interactions with the customers for
future evaluation.
7)Setting up customer accounts and provide relevant information to them.
8)Follow the procedure, guidelines provided and implement it while troubleshooting
queries.
Prefer candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service of any sector-automobile,healthcare,hospitality,retail industry etc.Those who are staying in cochin and can join us on immediate basis are required.Salary is not a constraint for the right experienced and good attitude person.
