Front Office Manager Mumbai We are the highest rated budget hotel on TRIPADVISOR in Mumbai and need someone with good communication skills to converse with guests and help to make their stay as comfortable as possible.INTERVIEWS WILL BE TAKEN OVER VIDEO CALL.CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO STAY ON THE PREMISES WITH MONTHLY LEAVE ALLOWED TO GO HOME.CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO JOIN ON IMMEDIATE BASIS.Duties would involve the following1. Interaction with guests and solving any problems faced by them to make their stay as comfortable as possible.2. Handling guests Check in/ Check out.3. Ensuring the staff are executing instructions correctly and as per procedure.4. Staff management.The candidate should have the following qualities1. Good communication skills in English and Hindi and a pleasant personality.2. Basic computer skills (word, excel, internet usage)3.
