Description

HotelKey is seeking an exceptional communicator and team player. You have a strong approach to getting things done correctly and continuously find ways to be even stronger. You have confidence in your delivery when speaking with customers and promptly approaching customer matters. You handle tasks positively, always ready to get involved and take things a step further. You can work independently and with the Customer Success Team and Management to identify areas of product improvement. You have a knack for putting Customers first. Then HotelKey is looking for you!

This highly cross-functional role will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the product, sales, and customer success functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to service their customer accounts and supports their business goals.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Document customer interactions and proactively execute follow-ups.
• Assist in performing analysis to help to identify insights and improvement areas.
• Support platform configuration and user acceptance testing during customer onboarding.
• Prepare written and visual presentations and reports for key customer stakeholders.
• Coach and train customers on the optimal use of HotelKey products.
• Identity and effectively communicate enhancement opportunities within HotelKey products, services, and internal processes.
• Become an expert in the HotelKey platform and how we deliver ongoing value to customers.
• Need to work on US Day Shift (India Night).

Requirement

• 1-3 years experience in a customer success, consultant, or customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in past projects, from initiation to implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, adapt, experiment and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with G Suite, familiarity with business productivity applications (Zoom, Slack, CRM), and a high level of comfort in getting up to speed with new technology.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
