Our Client, an award-winning, tech-forward digital performance agency, seeks a Technical Team Lead with strong problem-solving and analytical skills who can take ownership of project timelines, anticipate and solve problems, and manage the development of leading-edge technology. They are looking for a Technical Team Lead who can rapidly assess problem situations and creatively develop alternate solutions, share new ideas and be detail-oriented.

Your Role
Your role will require strong communication and organizational skills, as you will project manage a team of developers and work closely with Project Managers in Toronto (Canada), to understand client requirements for Web and/or Mobile Projects:
Facilitate and lead development teams located in Toronto and India
Be the primary contact and report daily to Project Managers in Toronto, Canada on the status of all tasks and projects
Ensure you are detail-oriented in your work and understand the technical requirements.
Able to take detailed notes of Project requirements and scope.
Breakup and assign tasks to the development team and directly address issues
Ensure all tasks/projects are thoroughly QA’d for accuracy and completeness before hand-off
Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Roll up your sleeves and help team members in solving problems and debugging issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or equivalent post-secondary education, as this is a technical role
Must have prior experience in leading a team.
Minimum 4 years of experience is absolutely required with web and/or mobile development
Solid understanding of using Web technologies, Frameworks, CMS platforms, Azure/AWS, Networking, Linux/Ubuntu Server.
Minimum 8 years of experience with Javascript, Ubuntu/Linux is required for this role.
Must exhibit a willingness to learn constantly and absorb new information like a sponge, in both the technical and the business realm
