HP is making a big investment in improving customer experience, and you can be part of it! This role is responsible for performing analysis on the customer experience data HP collects; and providing insights and recommendations back to internal partners to improve the customers’ experience using HP products and services. The role is part of HP’s Customer Experience Organization, and will focus on a variety of different products and end-to-end experiences over time – so flexibility and eagerness to learn new areas of the business are required for success!
The candidate will perform in-depth analysis of customer experience data, and provide insights and recommendations to Product and Customer Touchpoint business units and growth initiative owners. Combine and look for relationships between multiple CX (Customer Experience) data sources. Form hypotheses and prove/disprove them through analyses and collection of additional data when needed. Partner closely with Product and Customer Touchpoint business units on delivery of insights and recommendations, and provide analysis support for implementation of those recommendations. Partner closely with CX Measurement team on continual refinement and automation of the CX platform – to evolve our analysis capability.
Responsibilities:
University students enrolled in a degree program who are working in a technical or non-technical internship role at hp during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in progress
