In the Transformation Organization (TO), we are looking for visionaries who are willing to push boundaries to help us rewrite the rules for HP Inc . The TO will accelerate transformation through embracing agile new ways of working, investing in the digital literacy of our workforce, and using the power of data, AI, automation, and robotics to extract cost and complexity from across our business.

The Enterprise Business Planning program is transforming how HP does enterprise-wide planning and forecasting, from WW LTP to weekly account planning in countries. This effort is multi-dimensional in nature, including (1) elements of organizational design, (2) process redesign, (3) applying sophisticated technology and application tools, and (4) leading advanced change management techniques to deliver the full value of large-scale transformation.

The EBP Project Manager will work with EBP leadership and within the EBP PMO to ensure timely, quality, and within budget delivery of program deliverables and increments. This work is challenging but will also be one of the most impactful efforts we tackle as company over the next year.

Responsibilities:

• Develops recommendation from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans.
• Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.
• Staffs and manages cross- functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
• Drives all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions.
• Develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.
• Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.
• Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions

Education and Experience Required:

• Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 10-12 years of project/program management experience.
• Strong project management full life cycle experience in large-scale projects leveraging different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.) Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations.
• Facilitate dialogue with the various stakeholders to understand their needs and drive teams to develop solutions to meet and/or exceed our customer needs.
• Manage projects to be successful On Time/On Quality delivery
• Proactively identify and report on risks, issues, and dependencies for the project or program
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements
• Manage efforts that involve 3rd party consulting and/or vendor product companies
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Able to manage financial and procurement duties as part of program/project management.
