The Legal Entity Accounting (LEA) team is part of Special Entities and Supply Chain (SSE) within ICO (International Controllership Organization).

We are supporting Controllers and Transfer Pricing (TP) by managing profitability of Legal Entities based on arm’s length principle with priority to optimize taxes across HP Inc., ensures accurate Pre-Tax Earnings computation and forecast, accounting results, monitors transfer pricing Lump Sum Adjustments, maintains documentation, supports IC transaction pricing processes for tangible goods, services and royalties transactions.

Profitability Management Analyst will support WW processes in the key areas:

Responsibilities:
Drive the Quarterly analysis of actuals and build the P&L forecast of legal entities to manage profitability for US GAAP in various entities. These entities typically does not have material Pre tax earnings and are classified as Remaining entities.

Drive improvements in the forecasting of Legal Entity Pre tax earnings aiming to standardized robust process and better analytics, enhance the process by automation

Quarterly review/manage of Local Profitability: work on data extraction/consolidation of details and standardize/automate the process to prepare P&L forecasts.

Work with other team members to consolidate the forecast prepared and get them aligned with overall PTE consolidation files

Business Driven Projects and Consultation, supporting Digital transformation

Provide regular trainings, perform SOX control oversight

Ensure the integrity of key LEA processes by cooperating with various stake-holders (including IC team, Supply Chain etc.), by understanding S4 SAP HANA and legacy systems, flow of transactions and active review of Trading Structure changes.

Education and Experience Required:
Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

Forecasts financial results to align with with WW PTE and Transfer Pricing data

Drives process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.

Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.

Provide support to many entities across the world

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA) preferred.

Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
