Job scope/summary:
The Customer Support (CS) organization is managing support & services delivery for consumer & commercial products (digital & assisted support, unit repair, accessory replacement, extended services) globally. Support & services offer is operated through of HP badged Centers, a network of delivery partners, as well as thousands of retailers & resellers channel partners all over the world.

Support & services offer is operated through of HP badged Centers, a network of delivery partners, as well as thousands of retailers & resellers channel partners all over the world.
Objectives of the organization are to provide best class service, increase Customer Experience and drive Services Revenue Growth.
Customer Care Centers (CCC) Mission relies on 3 pillars:
Provide customers an effortless, personalized, and outcome-based experience.
Create value for the customers and partners that will enable HP profitable growth.
Provide Industry leading Service and Solution Delivery capabilities, enabling Brand Differentiation and Business growth.
Responsibilities:
Create, upload and maintain process documentation
Drive process compliance through, monitoring and continuous improvement process activities
Identify, assess automation opportunities and support the Global Process Engineering Team with the automation of regular routine tasks
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
Typically 0-2 years experience.

Able to apply tools and technology to produce results
Able to understand business processes and identify impact of change
Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):
Experienced user of MS Office Tools
Share Point Asset management
Power Apps
Experience with text editors: Word / WordPress/ SDL / Xmetal / Oxygen will be a plus
Experience with programming languages: HTML/XML/ Java (Spring MVC)/ DITA knowledge (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) will be a plus
