Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling complete life cycle of recruitment
• Coordinating with the management for designing of the recruitment plan
• Maintaining a proper documentation of all the eligible candidates received through referral or any other source
• Maintaining and developing pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process till the on boarding
• Pre-qualifying candidates using introductory phone screen methods to determine their qualification
• Managing external partnership with the job boards and the vendors
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on end to end recruitment
• Coordinating with the departments heads for training and development, talent requirements in their respective departments

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have experience in technical/R&D hiring
