Estate Manager
Location: Sec-89, Faridabad.
Experience: 8yrs- 10yrs
Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for General Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management etc.
Services excellence to resolve/ fix customer complaints and ensure complaints are not repeated.
Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Coordinating with Management for smooth functioning of the society,
Attending management meetings and Briefing staff and Supervising, scheduling and motivating to employees.
Preparing, maintaining and updating of all documents and reports.
Employee duty roster and other stock based reports on weekly, monthly and yearly basis at operation level.
Training service staff to enhance customer service and improving productivity, morale, Customer satisfaction, running inventories, Relation building.
Coordinate with Technical Team and ensure all the equipment are working in proper condition
Maintain Attendance & Leave Management of all staff under Company and Vendor.
The attendance is verified and Bills submitted on time.
All HK Equipment & Tools are functional,
Prepare weekly / fortnightly / periodically reports (MIS).
Updating of all checklists
