Position: HR-Administrative Assistant
Location: Bhuvaneshwar, Odisha
Salary: 15k-18k (Based on the interview)
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees or clients.
Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
Min 2 years of administrative assistant experience
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills [English, Hindi, Odia]
Candidates should have high energy level, willingness to learn
Experience managing budgets and expenses
Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
Comfortable handling confidential information
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
