Job Description

The Role would be expected to:
Managing the day-to-day operations and data including sales order from the dealers with

the channel management team.

Managing inventory with Zoho system and physical inventory check (once in a quarterly)

and physical inventory audit (once a year) at Manesar Warehouse.

Managing and planning order to factory (Sri Lanka) once a month. Need to analysis

sales/market trend and sales order/data, arrange the order to factory based on the

analytics.

Managing and communicating with vendors who related back office work including

accounting firm for inventory management, warehouse company and logistics company for

smooth and on time delivery, insurance company for breakage claim etc

Managing and controlling of ocean flight forwarder, custom clearance agent, insurance

company and logistics company to arrival containers on time from factory in Sri Lanka to

our warehouse, Manesar

Supporting the internal team for marketing or brand promotion activities to maximize

sales.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related business field; MBA preferred.

3-5 years of experience with a B2B or B2C company in trade management, inventory management, order management

Skilled in Mathematics and Microsoft Excel to manage and analysis of all related data .

Strong teamwork skill with ability to work effectively and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and influence others.

Demonstrated success working in a complex, matrixed environment.

Ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities: Seeks to meet critical objectives.

while considering the impact of those decisions and activities on the ability to achieve long-term goals.
