About the organization:
The NGO is a women centric Charitable Trust which has a focus on enabling women betterment at the workplace and adding women to the workforce, in order to do the same, the NGO aims to train girls at the early stage as they plan to get into the workforce.

Purpose: The purpose of the job is to create awareness about women centric laws and providing career counselling to school and college going girls.

उद्देश्य: नौकरी का उद्देश्य महिला केंद्रित कानूनों के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करना और स्कूल और कॉलेज जाने वाली लड़कियों को कैरियर परामर्श प्रदान करना है।

Role and Responsibility

1. The incumbent shall be reaching out to decision makers in various schools and colleges located in the state of Haryana and shall be required to coordinate the session by NGO staff to the college and school girls.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Reaching out to school administration and or decision makers by calls, emails or other available communication options

3. Taking appointment for sessions and meetings

4. Creating and maintaining the database of schools in the respective state

5. Maintaining the session and training calendar

6. Act as a facilitator and coordinator between the NGO and schools

महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारियाँ:
1. कॉल, ईमेल या अन्य उपलब्ध संचार विकल्पों द्वारा स्कूल प्रशासन और/या निर्णयकर्ताओं तक पहुंचना

2. सत्रों और बैठकों के लिए समय लेना

3. संबंधित राज्य में स्कूलों का डेटाबेस बनाना और उसका रखरखाव करना

4. सत्र और प्रशिक्षण कैलेंडर को बनाए रखना

5. एनजीओ और स्कूलों के बीच एक सूत्रधार और समन्वयक के रूप में कार्य करें

Location:
Any city in Haryana, as this is a work from home assignment and may require travelling to head office at some rare occasions.

Requirements

What we are looking for:
1. Someone who believes that they can make a difference and really change the fate of women in India

2. Someone who is able to convince and influence an educational institution for taking the session

3. Someone with strength in being able to articulate and communicate

4. Knowledge of regional language in additional to knowledge of Hindi will be useful

5. Most importantly are looking for someone who can understand the importance of women at the workplace
