Position: Growth Marketing Manager Job summary: An exciting opportunity to join a highly innovative new technology platform that is changing the way online seller’s source and fulfil inventory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the growth marketing efforts of the company across offline and online channels across our partner ecosystem.Job Role:

• Working with our Directors and marketing team to implement our growth strategy to acquire SMB and Entrepreneur sellers through our partner ecosystem and direct marketing channels;
• Managing the execution of the overall Growth Marketing strategy of the company including:

• Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns across digital channels and partner programs
• Driving website traffic and devise suitable strategies for continuous growth;
• Running and reporting A/B testing;
• Utilising paid search, PPC, SEO and other relevant techniques;
• Overseeing and optimise the company’s social media strategy;
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to enhance brand awareness;
• Conversion rate tracking and making improvements to the website;
• Contributing to the improvement of the usability, design, content and conversion of the website;
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data;
• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing;
• Ensuring that all PPC activity is aligned with all promotional activity across the other marketing channels;
• Raising the company profile by attending expositions and seminars;
• Staying up to date with the latest market trends, technologies, products and competitors in the search universe and discuss and implement potential opportunities with the team.
• Managing and mentoring the marketing team (Brand Senior Coordinator, Marketing

Senior Coordinator & Content Senior Coordinator); to enable them to maximize their contribution and career development.Key Skills:

• Advanced understanding of Adwords, Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram,

YouTube and Gmail advertising;

• Fundamental knowledge of Digital Marketing metrics and terminology, such as

CPC (cost per click), CTR (click-through rate), CPA (cost per action), CRO(conversion rate optimisation), A/B testing;

• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Strong analytical skills to effectively analyse campaign performance;
• Genuine passion for digital and search marketing;
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills;
• Self-starter, problem-solver attitude, confident;
• Strong collaboration skills – you will be working closely with our branding, sales and content writing teams as well as the company management;
• Ability to adapt to ever changing industry trends and learn new concepts;
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
