Responsibility of Supervisor –

• Tracking and monitoring shipment status.
• Handling new hiring and training of Delivery associate.
• Monitoring overall performance and various performance metrics.
• Build a good station score card, help DA to deliver shipment within the time line.
• Maintain good relationship with other department within the organisation and with Amazon team as well.
• Have proven skills how to rescue shipment, delivered right shipment to right person or picked up right product.
• Good knowledge of Pay on digital payment, as in current scenario this method is on trend.
• Can work under pressure and handle an unexpected load as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
