Job details : – Excellent communication skills with Fluency in English, Punjabi, Hindi- Minimum 2-5 years experience in Office Administration- Responsible for the daily book-keeping of both Employment Services/ Construction company- Generating the invoice for the customers- Running payroll for the employees and answering any queries of the employees- Keeping track of all the expenses of the rental properties- Daily attendance of the employees- Tracking of the expenses for the gas through the GPS tracking- Any other expenses for the company- Candidate should be self-motivated, self-driven and independent to learn new things.- Responsible to track the utilities expenses which may require making the callsSkill(s) required MS-PowerPoint, MS-word , MS-excel, English Proficiency (Spoken/written) , Google maps, Online meetings (skype/team viewer ) ,Company description: Heritage Custom Homes is a Canadian construction company which builds brand new homes in the Toronto area (www. heritagecustomhomes.ca).
