We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager . Principal responsibilities

• Leading a team of ~40 people across Pune and London to deliver the agreed business goals
• Use Agile principles to manage the roadmap with the stakeholders and continuously release high quality software to production
• Work with the BAs and the Product owners to structure large features and plan of delivery
• All aspects of Planning (budget, scope, resources etc)
• Work with Architects and Practice leads to incorporate the latest guidance
• Play the role of the ITSO
• People and talent Management

Requirements

• Strong Agile Practitioner with strong exposure of working in DevOps environment with high speed of delivery
• Experience in planning large deliverables by working with the Product Owners to identify MVP and small increments of functionality
• Experience in managing, mentoring and growing local and remote teams
• Proficient with JIRA to manage development items
• Ability to build relationships based on trust
• Familiarity with the technology space exhibited by driving adoption of new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to write project reports highlighting risks and issues
• AOP experience will be beneficial.

• 5 yrs+ Project management experience
• Demonstrable experience in finding simple solutions to complex problems without compromising on functional requirements or quality
• Very strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to converse with diverse audience and influence decisions and practices
• Self starting, Self-motivated. Ability to build an friendly, collaborative but efficient and continuously improving team environment in a geographically split team is key.
• Takes ownership, pride in delivered work. Ability to work with multi-disciplinary streams to deliver a successful product on time is key.
• Good deadline management and communication for delays, slippages. Ability to handle multiple tasks and streams at the same time
• Ability to mentor, coach and guide junior team members without compromising on personal deliverables
• Mathematical Back ground. Experience in having built mathematical models for the Finance sector is a definite positive
• Experience in delivering backend server components for rich dashboard displaying significant number of information is a must.
• Knowledge of primary market Investment Banking products, loan origination and pricing will be very beneficial
• CFA Level 1 or equivalent will definitely be beneficial for the project
