We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist In this role, you will:

• Provide key technology leadership to the teams on the ground, and ensure deliveries aligning to the broader technology roadmap within organization.
• Responsible for the architecture refinement, automation, service improvement on related technology platforms etc.
• Responsible for designing of the systems to achieve target state architecture.
• Ensure there is a clear technology vision, target state architecture and roadmap on how this will be delivered over a 1- 5 year’s period and subsequently drive the execution.
• Technical business analysis, interface solution designing, application support in the Corporate action processing.
• Collaborates with vendor development/support team for development/delivery/issue resolutions
• Collaborates with upstream/downstream systems for development/support team for development/testing/issue resolutions
• End to end management of deliveries received from vendors and elevation cycle in various development and production environments
• The role requires some facing off to the IT/Product/business team based in UK, India, Hong Kong. Liaise closely with other global technical teams to get work done
• Build and maintain sustainable and collaborative relationship with global stakeholders and teams
• Manage the related IT platform / service owner at relevant technology and business committees and forums. Ensure no escalation in IT service management

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Ideal candidates for this profile should have 9-12 years’ experience of at the helm of doing the techno-functional analysis, interface solution designing, application support in the Corporate action processing
• working exposure as IT Business Analyst on asset servicing/corporate action/Custody is must
• Basic knowledge of latest technologies Java and SQL writing is must
• Knowledge of architecture and design tools like Visual Paradigm/Visio is desirable
• Good command over written and spoken English and able to express thoughts clearly.
• Prior experience of working in/with global teams is desirable and should be able to communicate and work with across hierarchies and vendors
• Strong analytical and effective skill
• Self-motivator, able to work alone but also able to understand when to ask for help
• Knowledge of the emerging technical and business trends and be able to contemplate their application in his/her areas of work
• Should be flexible to work in the shifts, if required based on project need

What additional skills will be good to have? (List out good to have skills and certifications)

• Knowledge of TCS BaNCS CA or equivalent product is desirable but not mandatory
• Working experience with Unix commands and scripting is good to have
• IBM MQ working knowledge
