The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in US Accounting.
Must Have QuickBooks Application knowledge.
Maintain and preparing data for US payroll based on the time sheets received from consultants and submitting payroll data.
Follow up with Clients on payments/discrepancies on payments/dues.
Answer Clients questions related to Invoices, Net Terms.
Answer Consultant queries related to their payroll & Paperwork.
Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
Preparation of Monthly Reports.
On time billing Invoices distribution & follow ups for payments.
Experienced in drafting emails to vendors, clients and consultants.
Coordinate with the internal teams before every payroll, to check the status of projects of consultants on billing.
Collecting timesheets from the consultants & raising invoices to the vendors on QuickBooks.
In depth knowledge in Quick Books.
Hands on experience on ADP payroll tool will be added advantage.
