A) Under Companies Act 2013Filling of E-Forms For Appointment And Cessation Of Partners/Directors of LLP/Company.Maintenance Of Various Statutory Registers Under the Act.Drafting Of Resolutions,Minutes(Private,Public And Listed Company),Notices,and Directors Report.·Filling Of Various E-Forms With Various Authorities For Various Companies.Preparation of Notices, Directors Reports, Resolutions, Rent Deed.Appointment and resignation of Directors in Group Companies.B) MiscellaneousReconciliation of ESIC (Tally Sheet and Salary Sheet) with maintaining its MIS & File.·Reconciliation of PF (Tally Sheet and Salary Sheet) with maintaining its MIS & FileReconciliation of Salary (Tally Sheet and Salary Sheet) with maintaining its MIS & File.Other CA Certificate regarding turnover and assets.Correspondence with CA regarding various issues e.g. confirmation of certificate ,signing of docs etc.Filing of papers & maintenance of file.MIS of Contract & Bank Guarantee.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)License/Certification:company secretary (Preferred)
